What personal data LinkersPro collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you can exercise over it.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Who we are

LinkersPro is operated by Omnitechnologies LLP (“we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@qognitionagency.com for any privacy question or request.

This policy applies to https://www.linkerspro.com and to the marketplace application, and covers buyers, sellers, and visitors.

2. What we collect

Marketplace dataListings you publish (domain, metrics, editorial rules, price), orders you place or fulfil, briefs, anchor text, target URLs, placement URLs, dispute messages and evidence. You, through normal use of the product.
Payment metadataTransaction identifiers, amount, currency, order state, payout status, refund records. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or expiry date. Those go directly to Cashfree.Cashfree, on completion of a checkout.

Technical and usage dataIP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, and server error logs.Automatically, when you use the site.

3. How we use it

  • To create and administer your account and authenticate your sessions.
  • To operate the marketplace: publishing listings, matching buyers to sellers, processing orders and briefs, and tracking placement delivery.
  • To take payment, hold settlement until an order is verified, pay publishers, and issue refunds.
  • To send transactional email about your orders, disputes, and account security.
  • To verify listing metrics and monitor placements for accuracy and fraud.
  • To provide support and resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • To understand aggregate product usage and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers for cross-site behavioural advertising.

5. Sub-processors we share data with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need in order to run the platform. Each is bound by contract to process data on our instructions.

ProviderPurposeData involved
NeonManaged PostgreSQL database. Hosted in the us-east-2 (Ohio) region.Account data, marketplace data, order and payment metadata.
Google (Sign in with Google)Identity provider for sign-in. Sessions themselves are issued and stored by LinkersPro on our own infrastructure, not by Google.Email address, name and profile image, received from Google when you sign in.
CashfreePayment gateway. Cashfree processes the card payment on our behalf. It is NOT the seller of record — LinkersPro is.Card details (collected directly by Cashfree and never seen by us), billing address, transaction amounts.
ResendSending transactional email about orders, disputes, link health and account security.Email address, name, order references.
Google (Search Console API)Reading traffic data for domains a publisher has explicitly connected, to verify traffic claims. Read-only, and only for publishers who opt in.OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), Search Console click and impression data for the connected property.
VercelApplication hosting, content delivery, and private file storage for compliance documents (tax residency certificates and related forms) that a publisher uploads.IP address, request logs, technical data, and the compliance documents a publisher chooses to upload.
UpstashRate limiting on sensitive actions (purchases, messages, payout requests, domain and listing submissions), to prevent abuse.IP address or account identifier, request counts and timestamps. No content of the request.

LinkersPro is the seller of record on your transaction. Cashfree is our payment gateway, not a merchant of record: it processes the card payment on our behalf, and your contract for the placement is with us. We are responsible for invoicing you and for any tax due on our supply.

We never see or store your card details. They are collected directly by Cashfree, whose own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself alongside this policy.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to investigate fraud, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. In that case we will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Note that some marketplace data is shared between transacting parties by design: when you place an order, the seller receives your brief and the details needed to fulfil it; when you fulfil an order, the buyer sees your listing and placement details.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. LinkersPro sets a session cookie on its own domain to keep you signed in across page loads; it is required for authentication and cannot be disabled while you are logged in. We may also store non-identifying interface preferences in your browser’s local storage.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep data

  • Account data: for as long as your account is open, and up to 90 days after closure to handle reversals and disputes.
  • Order, placement, and payment records: up to 7 years after the transaction, to meet tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.
  • Support and dispute correspondence: up to 3 years after the matter is closed.
  • Server and security logs: typically 30 to 90 days.

When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

8. International transfers

Our database is hosted in the region named in section 5. Several of our sub-processors, notably Cashfree, Neon, Google and Vercel, operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere. Where personal data leaves the EEA or the UK, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism offered by the provider.

9. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erase your data, where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for optional marketing email at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided by India's DPDP Act 2023.

Send any request to hello@qognitionagency.com. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first. Some data cannot be deleted while it is needed for a live order, an open dispute, or a statutory record.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in India you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after raising the matter with our grievance contact below.

10. Grievance contact

Complaints about how we handle personal data should be sent to hello@qognitionagency.com with “Grievance” in the subject line. We acknowledge grievances within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

11. Children

The marketplace is for business use and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

12. Security

  • All traffic to the platform is encrypted in transit with TLS.
  • Every query that reads or writes your records is scoped to your account on the server, from your authenticated session. A request cannot ask for another account's data by changing an identifier.
  • Payout details and connected Search Console tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, separately from the database's own encryption.
  • Card data never touches our servers. Our payment processor collects it directly.
  • Administrative access to production data is limited to the operators who need it, and privileged database credentials are held only in server-side environment configuration.
  • There is no password. Sign-in is by Google; LinkersPro never receives, stores or can reset one.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law.

13. Automated processing and AI

Parts of the marketplace are automated. This section sets out where, what data is involved, and what you can do about it.

  • Relevance scoring. We convert the text of a listing and the text of a buyer's brief into numerical representations (embeddings) using a machine-learning model, and compare them to produce a topical relevance score. Below a set threshold the purchase control is disabled. This is an automated assessment of content, not of you as a person.
  • Automated verification. After a placement is submitted, our crawler fetches the page and checks whether the link is live, indexed, carrying the attribute it was sold with, and correctly anchored. The result determines whether the publisher is paid, and the underlying evidence is recorded and shown to both sides.
  • Automated monitoring. For the duration of the guarantee window we re-check placed links on a schedule and record what we find.
  • Fraud and abuse signals. We use automated checks on domains and accounts to detect duplicate, misrepresented, or abusive listings.

The relevance model runs in-process on our own infrastructure by default, which means the text being scored does not leave our systems. If we configure an external embedding provider instead, that provider is named in the sub-processor table in section 5 before the change takes effect.

We do not use your personal data, your briefs, or your listing content to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell it to anyone who does.

No decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you is made by automation alone. A relevance score can be overridden, and the override is recorded on the order and disclosed in any dispute. A failed verification opens a 72-hour window to fix the placement before anything is finalised, and every automated outcome can be escalated to a human operator through our dispute process. If you want a human to review an automated result, contact us using the details in section 10.

14. Changes to this policy

We update this policy as the product and the law change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice.
